Rent All Super Centre

I got items from her 3 to be precise. One of them got damaged not sure how as no one was home at the time. Took it in and they refused to fix it blaming me. They were rude and unprofessional !! I would never go through them again. I sent all items back and they are still asking for money. Via credit adjustors.

Friendly salesman really helped

Yesterday, December 28th, 2017, my sister, my nephew, and I went to Plato’s Closet on Nairn, in Winnipeg. We had parked in front of Rent-All Super Centre, which is the store next door to Plato’s closet, which is in the same strip and same lot. Once we parked, we got my 16 month old nephew out of the car seat. The second we closed the door of the vehicle, two employees of Rent-All Super Centre came out screaming at us. One employee was a woman, who was smoking right outside the store door. She stayed mostly quiet but gave us dirty looks. The other employee was male, about 30-40 years old.When they came out of the store, they were yelling at us, saying that we could not park there because it was “private property”. The man told us very rudely to move the vehicle or else he would call a tow truck on us. My sister then told the guy that we had just taken my nephew out of his car seat, it was freezing outside and we just wanted to get inside. The man then got very angry, started calling us names and pointing the middle finger at us. We told the man we were just parking there for 20 minutes and then we would leave. He claimed the spot where we parked was reserved for Rent-All Super Centre customers only. This store has zero customers, as well as there was a FULL parking lot for customers to park in. I asked the man how he could claim parking spots for his store, when it’s the landlord of the lot that has to grant them permission to claim, and get special signs made for the store to claim parking (I know because I work retail in a strip mall as well). He told me to look at the window. I saw a sign saying any cars parked there would be towed. The sign was printed off word documents in size 20 font, so of course ANYONE who parks there is not going to be able to read the sign. They only had TWO proper sign for TWO parking spot, and that was the two right next to the door. We parked at the VERY FAR LEFT of their store, where there was no legitimate sign. As we continued to argue, the man threatened to call the cops and a tow truck on us. Then, he went way too far... he threatened to call CFS on my sister, to have the child taken away. ALL OVER A STUPID PARKING SPOT. He started calling us names, awful names, all in front of a 16 month child! I then called him a jerk, and we moved the vehicle.When we went into Plato’s Closet next door, I asked them if they were aware of Rent-All Super Centre being allowed to claim spots and how we can approach this situation, especially since the man called us names in front of my 16 month old nephew! The lady at Plato’s told me they come into their store yelling at the employees because Plato’s customers are often parking in their fake “reserved parking”. Another Plato’s customer was listening o our conversation and told us she had just parked in one of their spots and they ALSO threatened her. I have been told my am older woman to share this information on Facebook, call the Better Business Bureau, and my father has told me to contact the owner of the Rent-All Super Centre business because what this man did was UNACCEPTABLE!After we were done at Plato’s Closet, I went to take a couple pictures. I took a picture of the store, their address, and they’re stupid word documents sign. As I was walking away, the man came back out and threatened to call the cops on me AGAIN, and he also told me to smile because I was on camera. I said “that’s fine sir”, he pointed the middle finger at me, and I just walked away.I also want to mention that when he came to talk to us, we weren’t even headed towards Plato’s yet, we were still next to the vehicle, so for all he knows, we could have been customers wanting to shop at his store.

Allan is a arragent, self absorbed individual. Hes one of the sales associates that thinks hes god gift to the earth. Doesnt know how to talk to customers with respect and treats woman like they have no place. Hows that allan??

Very rude customer service please stay away probably the employees are uneducated or just have no manners.

I was given the wrong remote and no manual and every time I ask for something I'm threatened to be tooken the TV away by the salesman by the name of Dave every time I ask for something like where's the remote it took me 6 days to get a remote and I still don't have the manual

Just read an awful story on Facebook about the low life's working at this store. I will not ever give them my business and will help others who where miss treated. Stay away from this shop.

Incredibly rude. Far beyond anything an employee of a business should say to a potential customer... Like, meth addict ranting in the middle of the street rude. Like, the most surreal experience, I honestly wondered if I was being pranked... but sadly, I was not. They were just that terrible to other human beings.
