Even the online Chat option was fantastic. I waited for a few seconds to connect with a representative and was able to confirm the product compatibility with my laptop. I also got the original brand name product cheaper here. Really impressed with the communication, responsiveness and time of delivery.

I'm glad I found this local Canadian shop for parts. Decided to order an OEM original Apple MacBook pro battery for my early 2011 laptop. my original battery had hot about 1200 cycles, so it was due for a replacement after 10 solid years of use.Made sure I provided all the right details on their ordering page, following their instructions. Decided to add some rubber feet for my MacBook as well as I had lost all four through the years. The battery and rubber/plastic feet arrived together in a small box, nicely packaged. It contained two little screw drivers as well for free! Which were very useful.My order came in a timely manner via UPS, which was delivered to the mail area in my apartment building. Luckily I live in a decent area otherwise the package might have been stolen. But that's a UPS issue, not a laptopparts issue.Overall, very happy to have found a place that even had the battery I needed. Looks like a genuine apple battery as well, exact spec!

Total scam. Had problems with them before but today's order that arrived is a joke. A 'new' genuine Lenovo keyboard for a laptop is 1) not the correct FRU as ordered, 2) is clearly not new - not even refurbed correctly and 3) is even missing a key!Oh! And they won't let you speak to anyone. Chat email only. Stay away.

I went to Canada Computers with my laptop to make sure that I was ordering the correct charger and it turns out that they were incorrect! LaptopParts emailed me to make sure of my order and I’m so glad they did and I now have the correct one coming!! Great service, would highly recommend ordering from them if you care about your parts!!

this company runs a scam selling fake parts as genuine.I ordered two battery packs for two identical laptops (alienware) theposting on the website claimed they are NEW genuine DELL batteries. however out of the box both batteries failed. once connected to the laptop they would read as OK in bios, they would charge up to 100% but as soon as the power cable is removed, the laptop loses power. I looked closely at the labels and the marking is not 100% exact as original battery label. notice the image the letter I in ALIENWARE is not the correct thickness that alarmed me to a fraud.so I opened up one of the batteries to check what is inside the box.I discovered unmarked battery cells and the lack of the temperature sensor.compared to the original defective battery having cells from LG model LGABE11865, and a temperature sensor located inside the package.clearly these were a fake battery packs.

Excellent customer service!I received an OEM replacement battery for my 15'' Macbook Pro. The battery became faulty after a week and the customer service team was extremely responsive and helpful in getting a replacement to me promptly.Their shipping was extremely fast and I was very happy with the experience overall. It's great to deal with a team who cares about their customers and is so prompt on both shipping and post-sales support.5/5!

My initial purchase had a short delay until the product was in stock but it arrived faster than anticipated and there was clear communication. The adaptor I purchased ended up being defective and the company was very quick to respond and send a replacement. All communication happened within 24 hours of my inquiry and I had the replacement the following week. I am very impressed with their customer service.

This has been one of the BEST experiences I've ever had with ANY customer service!!! They deserve the 5 star rating for easy checkout and delivery but their customer service goes beyond!!!! I received my laptop charger and it sparked at first and then went away, so I continued using it for the next couple of months. The problem started up again along with intermittent charging so I reached out to their support with my invoice numberr briefly explained the problem and they responded so quick! Within 2 days I got a new charger, the new one is working perfectly. Thank you so much!
